Executive Assistant The primary function is to provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative and secretarial service for members of the Board of Directors. You will have identified Directors/Deputies to support, whilst working as a team with other Corporate PA’s, you will ensure that all Board members receive a seamless service. The role requires a proactive approach and commitment to continuously improving the service provided. It encompasses meeting administration, minute taking, diary and email management, and using initiative to resolve day to day issues. Advanced skills in MS applications are essential.
