The Assistant Caretaker/Porter's role is to provide general caretaking support to the School and involves the overall security of the campus. Duties include locking and unlocking of all buildings, setting up of College events, some general maintenance and portering duties. The ideal candidate should possess good DIY skills, a D1 driving licence, have a flexible disposition and be able to work within a small team or on their own initiative.
Working hours will include evenings & weekends on a rotational basis. This role is usually residential (living on-site) and salary will include: free accommodation, meals during term time, plus 5 weeks paid holiday entitlement (pro-rata) and bank holidays.
