Job Description
3. Manage a diverse client portfolio, acting as the main contact and ensuring consistent high quality service delivery
4. Prepare and review statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts
5. Provide proactive advisory support including tax planning, cashflow forecasting, KPI analysis and process improvement recommendations
6. Support junior team members; reviewing work, mentoring and providing technical guidance
7. Support Directors with advisory and business planning assignments
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Manager should have:
8. A chartered accountancy qualification, ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
9. Experience independently managing a client portfolio within accountancy practice
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations
