Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to provide a friendly and efficient service to all users of the catering facilities across the College.
You will work across the College's new food outlets, barista-style coffee house, and refectory. Successful applicants will have a good general education, including numeracy and literacy skills, and will ideally already have a Food Hygiene certificate or be willing to work towards achieving this.
Applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team and display excellent customer service skills. They should also have experience of working within a catering establishment, and experience of using electronic tills would be advantageous.
The role is for 24 or 30 hours per week, on a term-time only basis, with a flexible approach to working hours required. The salary for this post is up to £23,614 pro rata.
