We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our team in Blackburn, United Kingdom. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our organisation.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and improve profitability • Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high-quality service and effective implementation of agreed plans • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, taking proactive measures to meet or exceed targets • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and supporting career development
