Experienced graduate Executive Assistant at C-Suite level required to provide 1:1 business and private support to a driven, ambitious Financier with a passion for investing in sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an excellent academic track record, well presented, articulate and business savvy as you will provide right hand support, liaising with HNWCs and stakeholders. The Principal travels extensively and would require his EA to travel alongside him to attend high profile meetings. You will have at least 5 years solid Executive Assistant and Private PA experience having supported at a similar level. The position would suit an EA looking to grow and develop in their career who is equally as driven and ambitious with exposure to HNWCs. Lebanese and Spanish would be ideal but not essential, a candidate with a US passport or dual nationality would be beneficial due to the high volume of travel to the U.S.
Key duties
* Extensive UK and International travel coordination, visa and itineraries
* Diary and inbox management
* Creating high level PowerPoint presentations and correspondence for client meetings
* Liaising with HNWCs to represent your Principal during business meetings
* Coordinating Board meetings, agendas and action points
* Assisting with private PA duties to ensure smooth running of all personal affairs
