Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Aylesbury Start Date: ASAP Daily Rate: £90 - £105 Contract: Full-time, long-term A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time, long-term role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs within a supportive and nurturing environment. What you'll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Assisting the class teacher in adapting lesson content for accessibility Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning differences Monitoring and recording pupil progress and communicating with the SENCO Helping to create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment What we're looking for: Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff Commitment to making a positive impact on pupil wellbeing and progress Not quite the right role?
