The Office for Students (OfS) is the statutory regulator for higher education in England. Job description
Join us and you will enjoy the autonomy to take ownership of all aspects of IT training across the organisation to ensure that OfS staff are confident and competent in their use of the organisation�s IT.� It will mean having the skills to interpret the business reasons for IT solutions, knowing what impact that will have, and the expertise to translate IT into business speak.
�This role is much more than delivering traditional classroom-based learning day in day out.� Far from it, this is an integral role within the IT team that touches on many areas beyond that of �training�; shaping IT communications, �overseeing the deployment of new features, driving continuous service improvement; acting as the advocate for users - this role is expected to contribute wherever the worlds of IT and users meet.�
