As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help keep their marketing operations running smoothly and efficiently. About the Role: This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with strong admin skills and previous office experience. You'll be a key part of the marketing team—supporting campaign delivery, event coordination, materials management, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Coordination * Maintain and update the project management system to ensure visibility and accountability across ongoing marketing activities * Manage marketing timelines, schedules, and task tracking to ensure all campaigns and initiatives stay on schedule * Coordinate actions for trade shows, exhibitions, and events, including logistics and materials prep * Oversee lead management processes and ensure timely follow-up with Sales teams * Provide admin support across the marketing department as needed Marketing Materials & Stock Management * Organise and maintain digital media packs and shared collateral for the sales and marketing teams * Oversee printed marketing stock—monitor inventory levels, order new materials, and manage distribution * Implement minor updates to materials and ensure branding is consistent and current * Support onboarding of new customers by preparing and sending relevant marketing materials Performance Tracking & Reporting * Assist with data collection across key platforms including the website, exhibitions, email campaigns, and Amazon * Compile performance data and contribute to reporting to inform strategic decision-making * Monitor and help manage marketing spend to ensure activities remain within budget Cross-Team Collaboration & Strategy * Attend internal sales meetings to ensure alignment between marketing and commercial goals * Support the wider team in developing strategic initiatives and staying on top of market trends * Offer input on innovative marketing ideas to help strengthen brand presence What You’ll Need: * Previous office experience (essential) * Strong admin, organisation, and multitasking skills * Good communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset * Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Why Join? * Be part of a high-growth, ambitious brand making real waves * Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing * Supportive, fast-paced team environment * Hybrid working potential after initial placement.
