As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate and proactive Membership Executive to lead local member recruitment, activation and retention efforts at our West Hampstead clinic.
Job Requirements
2+ years of sales or membership experience, ideally in a client-facing or service-led environment
Hands-on experience using CRM systems (such as Hubspot, Pipedrive or Freshsales)
A warm, engaging approach with exceptional communication skills
A passion for delivering memorable, member-first experiences
A proven ability to hit targets and stay motivated
Excellent multitasking skills (you thrive when spinning multiple plates)
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience in start-ups, subscription-based businesses, or hyper local marketing is a real bonus
Job Responsibilities Partner with our Director of Sales & Memberships to drive new membership sales
Build brand presence and member engagement
Launch outreach and community engagement initiatives to raise visibility and drive local interest
Collaborate with brand ambassadors for local lead generation
Manage and convert the clinic waitlist, nurturing potential members through to sign-up
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing members, delivering retention and reactivation campaigns
Organise and host clinic tours, open days and local events to attract new members
Act as a consistent, trusted contact for members throughout their experience, working closely with the clinic team to ensure seamless delivery
Monitor and report on membership performance metrics, using insights to improve outcomes
Work with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience
Build strong, collaborative relationships with your clinic and central teams
