Description
* Lead and manage audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion.
* Review and prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
* Provide expert advice to clients on accounting and tax matters.
* Ensure the accurate and timely submission of financial reports.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring professional development.
* Maintain strong client relationships and address client queries effectively.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
* Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and industry regulations.
* Initially the role will be circa 25% audit and 75% accounts/tax with a view to the audit portfolio growing over time.
Profile
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA).
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
* Experience managing client portfolios within a professional services setting.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Job Offer
