SGW Payroll are looking for a PQ Finance Assistant. The role will report into the Managing Director of SGW Payroll and you will be a valuable member of the team where you will you learn, flourish and be fully supported.

Your day-to-day tasks
* Raise Sales Orders within the finance system and convert into Invoices
* Send Customer Invoices via our automated systems
* Create and run the Direct Debit process and allocate cash to customer accounts
* Build relationships and rapport with customers and manage other key stakeholders
* Assist in resolving Customer queries
* Create and maintain customer accounts
* Assist with the implementation of the new ERP system – Business Central
* Assist the Financial Controller with the year end audit process
* Assist the Group Accounts Receivable manager with Credit Control processes for related parties
* Be involved in ad hoc projects as and when required
Skills & Knowledge
* AAT Level 4 required
* Part qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred
* Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills.
* Attention to detail
* Efficiently prioritise workloads
* Excel skills
* Able to liaise with staff at all levels of the business.
