* Salary TBC but we anticipate £65,000 - £70,000 as a very rough guide. Rule out if you are seeking over £78,000
* Very good benefits – hybrid working + 35 days holiday + pension up to 9% with service.

* Experience as a Finance manager or Head of finance
* You will have experience managing a medium sized team 5 to 10 approx.
* You will be a Finance Manager or head of Finance who is collaborative, friendly and values strong team engagement
* You will be a finance manager who is passionate about innovation and improving operational finance – the sort of person who has reduced month end close time down significantly as you improve operational finance
