Project Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing)

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role
* Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion
* Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
* Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track
* Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
About You
* Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment
* Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Customer-focused with some client-facing experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
* Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
