Job Description
Participants will contribute to real business projects while developing technical, safety, and operational knowledge in a live energy environment.
Programme Structure
* Onshore induction and training
* Offshore rotation (1 hitch, approximately 3 weeks)
* Onshore project assignment
* Final presentation and assessment
Key Responsibilities
* Support operational teams onshore and offshore on assigned projects
* Participate in safety and operational activities offshore under supervision
* Conduct analysis and contribute to improvement initiatives onshore
* Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
* Currently studying an Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related)
* Minimum completion of 2nd year of study
* Not yet graduated (final-year students eligible)
