As a natural communicator, you're comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable advice. Your strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server environments is backed by hands-on experience managing networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as configuring switches, routers, and VLANs. You're confident working with Azure for backup and disaster recovery, and you bring a solid understanding of IT security best practices to help protect the business. Experience with scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), digital phone systems like Teams, and relevant certifications (such as MCSA or VCP) will help you hit the ground running.
