About the Role: Project Coordinator
This position plays a vital role in ensuring successful delivery of bespoke installation projects. You'll act as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams including design, engineering, and operations. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, organisation, and communication - ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving parts within live project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end delivery of retractable and fixed-tiered seating projects
* Work closely with design engineers, installation teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution
* Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and material availability using BOMs
* Oversee quality checks, documentation, and risk assessments
* Ensure all activities align with project specifications and safety standards
* Act as the key client contact throughout project delivery
Requirements:
* Experience in project coordination or project management
* Background in engineering, construction, or installation environments (advantageous)
* Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Comfortable managing deadlines and juggling priorities
* Supervisory experience is a plus
