Looking to take your first step into an in-house recruitment team? We’re looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our Head Office Recruitment Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll work alongside our Recruitment Business Partners and Senior Recruitment Manager, supporting recruitment activity across a range of head office roles. From sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and keeping the process running smoothly - you’ll play a key part in helping us attract great talent into Morrisons.

What you’ll do
* Support the delivery of recruitment across our head office functions
* Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and our ATS
* Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and support a smooth candidate journey
* Share hiring data and insights with the team
* Help promote inclusive and effective hiring practices
What you’ll need
* Some recruitment experience (internal or agency) or a strong interest in the field
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using LinkedIn and digital tools (ATS experience is a plus)
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* A team player who’s looking to grow and develop
