📍 Location: Edinburgh (Niddrie)
🕒 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday | No On-Call Duties
Do you have the energy, positivity, and passion to lead a team that makes a real difference every single day? We’re looking for a Service Leader (Level 3) to join us in Edinburgh—someone who thrives in health or social care settings and is ready to inspire, support, and empower colleagues and the people we support.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
13. 🚀 Leading and motivating your team to deliver high quality, person-centred care and support
14. 🏠 Day to day management of 2 supported living services with a focus on promoting choice, independence and community engagement
15. 👥 Line managing a Service Leader Level 1 and supporting their growth
16. 👩👩👧👦 Managing a dedicated team of 28 staff
17. 🛡️ Developing intensive support plans to ensure safety and quality of life
18. 📊 Driving service delivery with positivity, professionalism, and innovation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
19. 🌈 An upbeat, positive manner and genuine passion for supporting others
20. 🧩 Experience working with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning
21. 🎓 A professional qualification in Health & Social Care: Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 + supervisory units (Scotland) Care Management Level 3 (England)
22. 📱 Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available)
23. 🚀 Hold a UK driving license and have use of own vehicle
