Overview
This is a Data Science and Software Graduate Engineer role within our Digital stream at Frazer‑Nash. As a graduate you could be joining one of our Data Science teams, which cover the full data life cycle from data governance, though analytics, forecasting to decision making or one of our Engineering Software teams, which cover the full software design life cycle from requirements and specification through design and implement to testing. Our teams deliver engineering solutions through system architecture, modelling, custom software and strategic advice across all our markets, including defence, energy, transport, government and others. The role is looking for enthusiastic, open and curious minded people, who enjoy to problem solve. We are looking to create digital professionals who, like us, are committed to finding real‑world solutions and delivering projects for our clients. Those selected will receive training, mentoring and coaching to support their development into becoming well‑rounded consultants and will be supported to achieve professional accreditations including chartership. What you’ll bring

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer‑Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre‑employment screening and will be to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.

You will need to have obtained a 2:1 Degree or higher (or equivalent/experience) with a related Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or Physical Sciences bias.

Assessment Process
Step 1: Measure Potential – Arctic Shores' task‑based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will enable us to get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.
Step 2: Video Interview – Situation based & technical questions that are related to the important criteria needed to be successful on the role.
Step 3: Explore day – This includes the opportunity to learn about what we do, network with current Graduates and find out about what a career at Frazer‑Nash has to offer. You will be asked to complete an interview and presentation/task as part of the day.
Step 4: Decision/Feedback – You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage. Here’s what we offer:
