About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and communicative French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
* Develop and implement effective lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements, authentic resources, and cater to a range of learning styles.
* Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of the French curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Modern Foreign Languages (French).
* Native or near-native fluency in French.
* A good understanding of the secondary MFL curriculum and effective language teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students' interest in French.
* A passion for the French language and culture and the ability to bring it to life for learners.
