We're looking for a hands-on, sharp-thinking strategic planner who can bring structure and foresight to a complex, people-driven operation. You’ll own the end to end planning process that keeps us delivering against contract delivery plans, waitlist expectations and revenue goals. You’ll help us deploy the right resources at the right timeacross clinicians and internal teams. This role blends operational and commercial awareness with complex data work. You could be working directly with teams to understand processes and needs, then switching to building a forecasting model in Power BI, and presenting planning options to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain integrated planning models across business needs, contract delivery requirements, clinician availability, and workforce needs
* Translate business goals into actionable resourcing and throughput plans, across our different business units, customers, patient pathways and requirements
* Own and improve forecasts for: -Clinical and internal resourcing, Revenue delivery and contract performance, Clinician and team utilisation
* Work closely with Clinical Ops, Patient Ops and Service Delivery units to align plans with real world execution
* Spot risk earlybottlenecks, shortfalls, surplus capacityand escalate or reallocate accordingly
* Lead and continuously improve our planning data infrastructure (Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SQL)
* Present options and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, making clear recommendations
* Support budget and capacity planning cycles with scenario modelling
Requirements:
* Strong analytical backgroundcomfortable owning complex datasets and building structure to them
* Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce
* Experience in operational or workforce planning, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (healthcare or service-based environments are a bonus)
* Confidence working across operational and clinical teams while maintaining a commercial awareness
* A balance of strategic thinking and getting stuff donesomeone who can model, analyse, and act
