Fantastic opportunity for a confident, client-focused, professional to join a leading Private Equity firm based in central London. You will be a key member of a supportive Front of House team, providing support to the wider PA, Operational, and Marketing teams. This role offers a great chance to develop your organisational skills and progress your career.
Key duties include setting up meeting rooms, client liaison, organising meetings and travel, office management duties such as ordering supplies, liaising with suppliers and contractors, organising events, marketing administration, and supporting various projects.
The ideal candidate may be a bright graduate or someone who has recently completed secretarial training and is seeking their first London-based opportunity.
