1. Audio typing of letters, emails, reports, and other key documents
2. Attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes
3. Managing emails and diaries for internal and external meetings
4. Creating professional PowerPoint presentations
5. Handling invoicing using Sage Coretime (training provided)
6. Managing general office tasks, including facilities and stationery ordering
7. Answering calls, handling queries, and managing messages
8. Maintaining electronic filing systems and supporting archiving processes
What We’re Looking For:
9. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
10. Audio-typing skills and attention to detail
11. Professional and approachable telephone manner
12. Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
13. A problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks
14. A strong standard of written English and communication skills
