Role: Customer service advisor
Location: M24 Middleton
Salary: £24,453
Hours: per week (rotational shifts between 7am–7pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start date: ASAP
Hybrid: 1 weekday and 1 weekend day working from home

We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join one of the UK’s leading logistics companies, based in Middleton (M24). You’ll be at the heart of our operation — the friendly voice that keeps our customers happy and everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
* Resolving queries quickly and efficiently
* Processing orders with precision and care
* Working closely with our operations team to meet customer needs
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* A flexible approach — weekend availability is a must
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
Shift Patterns
We’re open from 7am–7pm, and you’ll work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including weekends. You will have the flexibility to work 1 weekday and 1 weekend day from home.
Typical shifts include:
* 7am–3pm
* 8am–4pm
* 9am–5pm
* 10am–6pm
* 11am–7pm
