The Role – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across production machinery and site equipment. Work as part of a skilled maintenance team to deliver reliability improvements. Support engineering projects, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on minimising downtime. Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: Mechanical Bias Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (forces backgrounds also considered). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability. Confident working with pumps, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Good organisation and communication skills. PC literate; IOSH or H&S qualification desirable.
