Warehouse Supervisor
About the role
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and leading the depot team to ensure targets and deadlines are met. It is a busy and physically demaniding role where you will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting stock and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot
* Ensuring the depot is kept secure at all times
* Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot
* Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience
* Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale
* Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded
* Ensuring health and Safety Policy and Legislation are adhered to
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience gained within a warehouse / wholesale environment
* Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation
* A manual handling equipment licence
* Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
* Strong time management skills
* Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results
* Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent listening skills
