Graduate Paralegal
Location: Manchester City Centre
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced legal environment. You will work closely with experienced solicitors, providing support across a range of legal matters while developing your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with case management, including preparing case files and maintaining accurate records.
* Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
* Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly.
* Preparing and reviewing legal correspondence and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as document management and file organization.
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Managing vehicle damage claims, including gathering evidence, negotiating settlements, and liaising with clients.
* Ensuring prompt and accurate compliance with court directions and client care standards.
Requirements
* A recent law graduate (LLB, GDL, or LPC) with a strong academic background.
* Interest in a career in Law, with customer service experience being a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
