Job Description

WorkingHours: Wednesdayto Saturday – 9am – 6pm - 36 hours per week (9-hour shifts) - OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Pay: £14.90 per hour

Location: Milton Keynes, MK9 3ES

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

Anexciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for a Soft ServicesSupervisor to join our established team based at one of the UK’s leadingshopping centres.

Based in the multi-story car parkthe supervisor will lead a team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure that thecar park operates smoothly, and cleaning, maintenance and parking servicestandards are maintained to a high standard.

Dutiesinclude:

* Supervisionof car park operatives to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed to therequired standard
* Reporting offaults and maintenance issues via the Anchor Helpdesk
* Supportingthe HQ management team in planning the shift rota
* Conductingperiodic inspections and car park audits
* Communicatingeffectively with the Regional Manager, ensuring information is accuratelyshared with regards to the employees and specific customer requests
* Utilise theTimegate system to record shift attendance accurately, manage schedules andensure up-to date reporting – full training will be provided.
* Ensuring thecompany and brand image is maintained to a high standard
* Ensure customer complaints and/or incidents are documented, reported, acknowledged,reviewed and closed within set timeframes


Requirements

* Full 5-yearemployment checkable history
* Computerliteracy with knowledge of MS Office 365. Knowledge of Timegate software wouldalso be an advantage however full training will be provided
* Prior experience supervising/managing a team
* Appropriateliteracy and numeracy skills
* CustomerService experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner
* Flexible tomeet the job requirements
* Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal
* Smartappearance and be well-groomed
* Reliable andpunctual
* High levelof enthusiasm and passion
* Ability towork in a fast-moving environment
