Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies to join a high-performing secondary school in Bridgend. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with the successful candidate teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Business specialist who can inspire and motivate students, contributing to excellent outcomes across Key Stages 4 and 5.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.
* Plan, prepare and assess classwork in line with departmental and exam board requirements.
* Support pupils in achieving their academic potential through creative and dynamic teaching.
* Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experienced in teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
* Excellent subject knowledge of the WJEC specification (or willingness to adapt).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Motivated, organised and committed to supporting student achievement.
