Contract: Waking Nights Support Staff
Hours
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
We have an exciting opportunity available for you to join us at The Ferns in Raunds, we operate a homely environment for both Service Users and staff
The Ferns are a residential care service for people with Disabilities and we are looking for Support Workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.
We pride ourselves in delivering Person Centred Care and Support, therefore if you have the right values for our organisation, you will be supported by a program of continuous training and development.
Whilst with The Ferns and a full training programme will be provided covering:
Person Centred training
Moving and Handling
N.A.P.P.I
Health & Safety
Autism Awareness
Safeguarding Adults
Communication
Mental Health
Basic First Aid
Mental Capacity Act
Deprivations of Liberty
(DOLS)
Food Nutrition
We also enrol our staff on qualifications up to Level 3 in the Diploma for Health and Social Care as part of our training programme.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
