Responsibilities
* Complete work orders promptly.
* Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
* EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) required
* CPO
* Maintenance experience in multi-family residential required
* Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
* *$500 sign on bonus paid- 50% upon 1st payroll, 50% after 90 days active employment
