What you'll be doing;
Crafting compelling copy, developing visual assets and scheduling content across social media platforms
Supporting the day-to-day management of social media channels, including community engagement and audience interaction
Ensuring all Marketing-generated data is handled in full compliance with relevant legislation and data protection requirements
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear expectations and consistently delivering to deadlines
Actively contributing creative ideas and strategic thinking to support the wider team's objectives
Monitoring sector trends and identifying emerging marketing opportunities to strengthen customer relationships
Collaborating across the wider Marketing function to support the delivery of integrated campaigns and projects
What we're looking for;
A genuine passion for social media, with an up-to-date understanding of platform trends and the ability to tailor content for different channels and audiences
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for a variety of audiences and formats
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines
Experience using design tools such as Canva or similar software would be a distinct advantage
A confident and personable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the business
