Job Description Vacancy: RICS BUILDING SURVEYOR – Chartered Surveyors Location: Epsom, KT18 Salary: £70k Position: Permanent – Full Time We are seeking a MRICS / FRICS Qualified Building Surveyor for an established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Epsom, Surrey. You will have strong Building Surveying Skills in most service areas and be responsible for delivering professional and project services as well as contributing to the growth of the department. You will be required to work across all sectors and the role will involve the undertaking of an array of building surveying services, but principally pre-purchase home surveys. Our client has a strong client base and this role has been generated by the level of demand and as a result of expansion. Long term prospects could potentially include ownership / partnership options. S kills required for this RICS Chartered Building Surveyor role will include: FRICS / MRICS Registered valuer Minimum 1 years’ experience post qualification.
