Commercialization Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain (Central/Northern WI)
Relocation assistance is offered for this role. Beautiful Central/Northern WI has spectacular views, with outdoor sports plentiful in all four seasons. This professional will be reporting to the Director of Operations and working with the Sales Team. Collaborating with internal departments of customer service, marketing, packaging, product development, production, sales, transportation, and warehouse. This role will NOT be price quoting but WILL need strong communication, multi-tasking, team-oriented, and project management skills to manage the process from end-to-end, post-sales contracts completed. Travel in this role is limited but will be on-site and is not a remote role.
* Lead the onboarding of a new customer(s) and new product(s)
* Support necessary internal submission where appropriate: samples, quotes, artwork submission, intent to commercialize
* Set agendas, lead meetings, and communicate executed expectations to internal and external stakeholders
* Utilizing MS Office software for spreadsheets, presentations, etc., is needed
* Proven years of experience in project management, supply chain, & business development are a must for this role
* A Self-starter and a strong organizational, written, and verbal communicator will allow a professional to be successful in this role
* One must be able to work independently but also will work with a small team
* A Bachelor's Degree is required in Business Management or Supply Chain (or related field)
* A minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role within an FDA-regulated facility/organization is needed
* The compensation can go up to 125K
