The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our customer engagement team. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
* Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
* Provide product and service information to customers and prospective clients.
* Record interactions accurately using CRM and reporting tools.
* Support sales and marketing teams with customer insights and feedback.
* Assist in scheduling callbacks, follow-ups, or demo appointments.
* Uphold brand values and represent clients professionally.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to handle multiple inquiries while remaining calm and professional.
* Good written English and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and basic technology tools.

Desirable

* Experience within a sales, marketing, or agency environment.
* Familiarity with customer satisfaction surveys or reporting tools.
