Are you a social media whizz who can hit the ground running? An exciting entertainment company based in the heart of London’s Theatreland is looking for a Temporary Social Media Executive to support their busy marketing team during a key campaign period.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple social platforms in a fast-paced creative environment.
🎭 The Role
You’ll provide hands-on support across their social channels, helping ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and engaging their audiences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and publishing social media posts across platforms
Resizing and preparing images for social media use
Responding to audience comments and messages in line with brand tone
Pulling and compiling performance data from social media platforms
Assisting with reporting and campaign tracking
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required 🔹 What They’re Looking For
Available to start immediately
Previous experience managing or supporting social media accounts
Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
Confident using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently ✨ Bonus If You Have:
Experience in entertainment, theatre, live events or hospitality
Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
A creative eye and strong copywriting skills 💼 Working Arrangement
Flexible — remote or hybrid from their central London office in Theatreland.
