We have a fantastic career opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a Highway Surfacing Contractor, based in the Midlands.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (Highly Negotiable) + Company Car, Bonus & Benefits.
The role would best suit an experienced Manager with a proven track record in the Machine Lay Road Surfacing sector.
The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day operations across the business, principally providing support and direction to the contract and site management teams.
You will also have senior leadership input into budget setting, business growth and strategy, and team building.
This opportunity offers growth into a senior leadership position.
