We are looking for a highly experienced Management Accountant with Motor Trade experience or 5 years commercial experience to support the production of management accounts covering multiple entities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Management Accountant, you will support the preparation of management accounts across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
* Assist with financial reporting requirements and contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
* Help improve financial systems and processes to meet business needs.
* Provide support and cover for the Finance Manager as required.
* Operate the accounting and management information systems in line with the company and the Brand standards.
* Promote a high level of customer service, encouraging the team to build strong relationships with colleagues in our business and external customers.
* Be accountable for continuous professional development to maintain and improve accounting expertise for the Finance team.
* Build good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers, and statutory representatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA ideally) or qualified by experience (QBE).
* Commercial awareness and ability to understand the bigger picture with the Brand and the business.
* Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing and a customer focused environment.
* Advance IT skills – very proficient in dealership management systems, Excel and data gathering and manipulation.
