1. To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous Chef / Head Chef.
2. To assist with stock taking when required
3. To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate

Person Specification:
Essential Experience
6. Customer Service experience
7. Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
8. Good organisational skills
9. Numerate (counting cash till may be required)
Desirable Experience
10. Food Hygiene certificate
11. Ability to show a passion for food and service
12. Ability to plan ahead and use initiative
13. Keen to continue self-development within current role and ambition for further promotion or growth
