ART Clinic by Dr Priya Verma is a multi award-winning medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in the heart of Belgravia. Known for clinical excellence, refined results and exceptional patient care, we are seeking an experienced and highly professional Front of House Patient Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our luxury clinic.
This is a pivotal role within the clinic - ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, high-end environment and understands that patient experience is as important as clinical expertise. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years' experience working in a receptionist role within the medical or hospitality sector.

Working alongside Dr Verma and our clinical team, you will gain in-depth knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures while playing a central role in delivering a seamless and elevated patient journey.

The Role
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. This requires excellent verbal and written communication with patients across all channels (phone, email, messaging, social media)
* Welcome patients warmly and guide them through their clinic visit.
* Coordinate consultations, treatment plans, packages and follow-up appointments
* Convert leads into bookings and product sales in a timely manner
* Optimise diary management to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinician time
* Encourage patient feedback and reviews and maintain strong long-term relationships
* Maintain meticulous administrative records in line with clinical standards
* Engage with social media to promote the clinic, staff and treatments.
* Assist with general duties such as opening and closing the clinic, managing stock, and managing retail of skin products, treatment packages and gift cards.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or front of house role (medical aesthetics, private healthcare, luxury hospitality or high-end retail preferred)
* Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational ability for multitasking
* Confident, warm and professional manner
* Comfortable managing a busy diary in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Highly presentable and aligned with a luxury, medically-led brand
* A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Hours: full time 40 hours per week - usual clinic hours are 9.45am -7pm
