Your role as a Customer Relations Consultant at phs Group:
6. Making calls to customers that are thinking of cancelling services, to understand their full requirements with the mission of “1st time resolution” and retaining / saving their valued custom with us.
7. Providing excellent customer service every time, being proactive in solving issues and supporting internal and external customers.
8. Achieving / exceeding targets that include quality, amount of saved business, cancellation rates and attendance.
9. To be able to successfully negotiate with customers, promoting the benefits of services and potentially re-assessing prices where appropriate.
10. To recognise and enforce where appropriate, any breach of contract terms, or negotiate an acceptable contribution in the case of an early termination of contract.
11. Recognising the root causes of issues to consistently improve the customer experience.
The ideal candidate for a Customer Relations Consultant at phs Group will have:
12. Great customer focus, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
13. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work well in a time-focused environment
14. High morals, someone who is reliable, honest and has resilience and integrity
15. Exceptional communication skills, always polite and able to negotiate effectively
16. Experience in a similar customer retentions role would be advantageous
