My industry-leading, award-winning client is looking to recruit a driven, confident, passionate and self-motivated sales professional to join their dynamic and friendly team in Thame, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will be personable, target driven and a natural at building customer relationships.
Business Development Manager – New Business - £45,000 + monthly commission. Remote to suit.
Role
You will be an ambassador of their business, providing excellent customer service and identifying areas for business development to achieve the sales plan in line with the pre-agreed budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
* Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects of products and techniques that will suit their needs
* Building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth
* Face-to-face client meetings and visibility in the office
* Working with the existing sales and internal sales team
* Flexibility to travel, and do overnight stays if needed

Job Details
* Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00
* Salary £45,000 and commissions scheme after completion of probation period
* Pension
* A comprehensive induction and training will be provided with continuous coaching to help you succeed
Flexibility to work from home once comprehensive embedding/product training completed. Basic salary to £45,000 + monthly commission (based on sales team target achieved). £50,000 OTE.
