Customer Advisor (R64627) Crickhowell, Wales
Department: Customer Services
Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm)
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for merchants, card holders, and field support teams
* Provide 1st line support, including ATM fault handling and remote fixes
* Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and empathy
* Monitor our ATM estate in real-time to ensure uptime and reliability
* Manage inbound calls, emails, and switchboard activity
* Record and log all interactions accurately
* Support and collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and even Company Directors
* Get involved in exciting projects that shape the future of customer service
Requirements
* Five GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent
* Experience in a customer service environment (phone or face-to-face)
* Great IT skills and confidence with learning new systems
* A professional and friendly telephone manner
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
