Job Description
An established law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to support its Property team.This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and supporting clients across a variety of sectors. It is a good opportunity for someone seeking to build practical experience within a commercial property practice.
The Role
Duties will include:Assisting with commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completionSupporting on matters including sales, purchases, leases and property financePreparing and reviewing legal documentationCarrying out property searches, title checks and due diligenceManaging files and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with clients and third parties as requiredProviding general support to the wider Property team
The Candidate
You will ideally have:Previous experience in a commercial property or real estate environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsA proactive and reliable approach to workAn interest in developing a career in commercial property lawThe ability to work well as part of a team
