The Role at a Glance
* Title: Account Development Manager – Channel Partners
* Location: Uxbridge, West London (Hybrid Working – Thursays Office Days)
* Base Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
* Bonus & Benefits: Company bonus, benefits, and full‑time permanent position
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00‑5:30 (37.5 hours per week)
* Line Manager: Head of Customer Growth
* Company: International, market‑leading business intelligence software
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with channel partners to uncover growth opportunities through increased licence volumes and the introduction of new products and services.
* Own partner support queries, delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience that reflects Tollring’s standards.
* Guide partners on how to best position and maximise our technology in line with partner agreements, delivering tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to partner and customer needs.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner requests are actioned quickly and effectively, while monitoring customer usage trends daily, weekly, or monthly to boost engagement and identify revenue opportunities.
* Spot early risks and take proactive steps to reduce churn, collaborating with colleagues across the business to provide a seamless, unified partner experience.
* Lead or support projects that drive revenue growth or enhance operational performance within the Customer Success team.
* Maintain proactive and reactive contact with partners and accurately forecast revenue – managing opportunities and risks with precision.
Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or other client‑facing roles, with clear potential for progression.
* Strong commercial awareness, particularly within SaaS business models.
* Proven experience managing partner and customer relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for opportunity management.
* Ability to develop structured, strategic solutions and maintain a high level of technical understanding of products.
* Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external engagement.
