Overview
Administrative duties including emails management, photocopying and dealing with telephone enquiries as deemed appropriate in line with Trust Policies and Procedure. Open and sort incoming mail; establish and maintain correspondence and filing systems. Attendance management of locums through TempRE; update electronic systems as required for recording sickness and leave. Assist with the rotation of new trainees to the Trust. Carry out other general clerical and administrative duties within the team. Support doctors with the attendance management policy and with compliance of mandatory training. Create basic rotas and assist with daily staffing queries.
