The Role
* Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
* Champion and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and global campaigns to enhance brand equity and generate quality leads
* Partner closely with business development and delivery teams to position marketing as a key strategic growth driver
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international team spanning brand, content, digital, and communications
* Represent marketing at a leadership level, contributing to business-wide strategy and decision-making
* Oversee marketing performance, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with business goals
The Person
* Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing leadership, including 2+ years at senior or global level
* Proven track record delivering high-profile B2B campaigns and events
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple international markets
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Genuine passion for sustainability, innovation, and measurable impact
* Willingness to travel locally to various sites on a weekly basis
