Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and South Buckinghamshire.
We brought together Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to create Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust on 1 October 2014

As well as delivering excellent general hospital services to local people, we provide specialist heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis and plastic surgery services across a much wider area.
We have three main hospitals - Frimley Park in Frimley near Camberley, Heatherwood in Ascot and Wexham Park near Slough. Sometimes its easier for you if we come closer to home so we run outpatient clinics and diagnostic services from Aldershot, Farnham, Fleet, Windsor, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Chalfont St Peter.

Job Overview
We are seeking a newly qualified Band 5 Dietitian to join our supportive team, providing specialist community dietetic care to adults receiving enteral nutrition in their own homes or care settings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise inhome enteral nutrition (HEN) while working closely with a multidisciplinary team, includingNutrition Specialist Nurses and acute care colleagues.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
Assess, manage, and review enteral feeding regimes, troubleshooting tube feeding issues.
Conduct home visits and telephone reviews to monitor and support patients.
Liaise with hospital teams to ensure smooth transitions between hospital and home care.
Contribute to service development, policy changes, and research to enhance patient care.
Support and supervise student dietitians and junior colleagues.
Manage a caseload that includes stroke, neurology, oncology, and gastroparesis patients.
