As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team on a £40m multi-storey industrial project in North West London. This will be full-time site based.
The company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are dominating the London market by winning a lot of work and major projects across the country. They have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks and providing a successful career path.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor
Include but not limited to:
* Assisting in establishing and managing the project cost plan and budget
* Monitor actual costs vs forecasts
* Manage the procurement of subcontractor packages
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Key Requirements
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor
* Live within commutable distance to North West London
* Degree in a construction related degree
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
